Tips on losing fat

  1. Eat smaller meals and more times each day. Not only will this help you lose weight it will also be better for your digestive tract.
  2. Besides doing aerobic exercises it is also recommended that you include strength training.
  3. Eating healthy goes without saying. Make sure to eat balanced food like fruit, vegetables and lean meat. Cut out the junk food entirely.
